Return and Exhange Policy
For JP Pierre , the most important thing to us is that you enjoy and love your shoes.
We appreciate your patronage and the discriminating taste that has drawn you to our artisanal products. We want to be in every step you take while enjoying our exclusive designs.
If your purchase is not exactly what you expected, or you need another size or model, please follow the steps detailed below. This allows us to ensure your ultimate satisfaction. In addition, we are happy to make the first change of size or model free of charge.
- Upon delivery the customer must review the product to verify that it is in perfect condition and their order is correct.
- In the case of any damage, defect or anomaly (missing/incorrect product model or quantity), the customer will have 10 days to notify JP Pierre of their concerns.
- The customer will have 30 days from the order receipt to make any exchange.
- The original purchase ticket will be required
- Products must be in perfect conditions (original packaging, unused, unscratched, and with all accessories).
- Returned and exchanged products must be in perfect condition (original packaging, unused, unscratched, and with all originally included accessories).
Once your return/exchange is received, it will be sent to the quality department for evaluation.
Your exchange may be for a different model of equal or greater cost than the initial one. The customer will be responsible for paying any corresponding cost differences.
If a second change is necessary, shipping costs will be charged.

- JP Pierre reserves the right to accept the returns if there is no defect or damage to the product. JP Pierre may reject a return if the product has been damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
If we verify the validity of your return, your refund will be processed and issued between 5 to 7 business days after confirmation by mail.
ALL PRODUCT RETURN INSTRUCTIONS MUST BE FOLLOWED AS DESCRIBED ABOVE TO MAKE THE EXCHANGE OR REFUND VALID.
