You do not need to create an account to make a purchase. We recommend that you set up a JP PIERRE account to enjoy the benefits of managing your account which includes saving your information, address details and reviewing your order history.
We offer FREE shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. The term excludes the states of Alaska and Hawaii, and all off-shore U.S. territories and possessions, such as Puerto Rico ( for this locations it will be an extra shipping fee). Time depends on your location. Once you received confirmation by email of your purchase, it takes between 5-8 days to arrive. Purchase made after 2:00 pm will be scheduled for shipment next day at 5:00 pm. There may be a variation in the delivery day . *If you require an express shipping, extra charge will be charged (shipping guide) .
You can choose to pay using: PayPal, PayPal Express, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Discover Cards and AfterPay in our checkout.
If your purchase is not exactly what you are looking for, or you need another size or model, please send an email to:firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information : - Order number - Adress - Correct size or model or return reason. *You have 30 days from receiving your order to make any exchange or return.
Once your order has been placed we are unable to change any of the details but may be able to assist you to cancel and replace the order. Please send us an email to:email@example.com. with your order number and change request.
On the US site (www.jp-pierre.com), all orders are charged in USD.
