DELIVERY & INSPECTION

  • Upon delivery, please inspect your order to ensure:
  • The product arrives in perfect condition
  • The model and size match your order

If there is any issue (damage, defect, wrong item or quantity), you must notify us within 10 days of receipt.

 

RETURNS

  • We accept returns under the following guidelines:
  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase required

Once received, the product will undergo quality review.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment after inspection.

Please note: visible signs of wear, usage, or damage not related to manufacturing will void eligibility for return.

 

 EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • First exchange for size or model is free of charge
  • Items must be unworn and in original condition
  • If selecting a higher-value item, customer pays the price difference
  • Additional exchanges may incur shipping fees

 

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

We proudly stand behind our craftsmanship.

Jean Pierre will cover defects attributable to materials and/or workmanship within 90 days of receipt.

Please email onlinesales@jp-pierre.com with:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or video evidence

Once inspected, if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the product will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at no cost to you.

 

SPECIAL SALES / FINAL SALE ITEMS

Products marked as Final Sale, Special Sales, Outlet, or Last-Pairs are not eligible for return or refund. Due to their unique availability, all sales of discounted or limited-run items are final.

We encourage you to confirm sizing and details prior to purchase — our team is here to assist you.

     

    PACKAGING CONDITION

    If your package arrives damaged or appears opened, note it immediately with the carrier.
    Failure to document external damage at delivery may affect claim eligibility.
