Warranty and Exchange Policy

Our artisans, with skilled hands and unwavering dedication, ensure that every element receives the attention it deserves, resulting in truly unique creations that exude quality and individuality.
Given the artisanal nature of our approach and the infusion of various artistic processes in the creation of each item, it's important to note that we generally do not accept returns, Returns will be allowed only for manufacturing defects (exceptional cases)*.
Nevertheless, we value our customer´s satisfaction and are open to facilitating exchanges and providing warranties in accordance with the terms outlined below:

We appreciate your patronage and the discriminating taste that has drawn you to our artisanal products. We want to be in every step you take while enjoying our exclusive designs.
If your purchase is not exactly what you expected, or you need another size or model, please follow the steps detailed below. This allows us to ensure your ultimate satisfaction. In addition, we are happy to make the first change of size or model free of charge.
DELIVERY
- Upon delivery the customer must review the product to verify that it is in perfect condition and their order is correct.
- In the case of any damage, defect or anomaly (missing/incorrect product model or quantity), the customer will have 10 days to notify JP Pierre of their concerns.
- EXCHANGES
- The customer will have 30 days from the order receipt to make any exchange.
- The original purchase ticket will be required
- Products must be in perfect conditions (original packaging, unused, unscratched, and with all accessories).
- Returned and exchanged products must be in perfect condition (original packaging, unused, unscratched, and with all originally included accessories).
- Once your return/exchange is received, it will be sent to the quality department for evaluation.
- Your exchange may be for a different model of equal or greater cost than the initial one. The customer will be responsible for paying any corresponding cost differences.
- If a second change is necessary, shipping costs will be charged.
If the model you want is not available, but it is possible to manufacture it, we will provide you with an estimated date for its production.
Otherwise, your credit balance will be credited with a digital coupon that you can use in future purchases.
- EXCEPTIONAL CASES (RETURNS)
The return of the product will only be accepted if the product has any fault, detail or abuse from the factory and the product is not already available for exchange.
- We request to check the condition and state of the packaging at the time of delivery. If you perceive that the package has been previously opened or mistreated, it is necessary that you refer/ write/plasme it immediately in the comments section that is included in the parcel service, otherwise neither parcel service or JP Pierre will be responsible for the state in which the product is received.
- Jean Pierre will be responsible for any defects attributable to materials and/or workmanship in any product purchased within 90 days of the date of receipt. The cost of replacement of any product found to be defective or not in conformity with the purchase order shall be borne by JP Pierre.
In this situation, you should send an email to onlinesales@jp-pierre.com with the following information:
- Name
- Order Number
- Clearly detail the situation
- Physical evidence (photographs)
- Once the product is returned, it will be sent to the specialized quality department to verify the correct condition of the product and approve its return.
- In the event that the product is returned without defect, damage or vice of the product and the cause is generated by misuse of the product, causal damage or normal deterioration of the product, JP Pierre reserves the right to accept the return.
- SPECIAL SALES
No changes or returns will be accepted in OFFER /DISCOUNT (dates) or SPECIAL SALES collection.
- Please note that due to the unique nature of these items, such as being unique pairs or last stock, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
- All sales on these items are final.
