Liability for Defective Product

JP PIERRE shall be liable for any defects attributable to materials and/or workmanship in the Product(s) purchased for a period of 60 days after the date of receipt of the Product by the customer. The cost of replacement of the Product that proves to be defective or does not conform to the purchase order shall be borne by JP PIERRE.
In the event that the customer requires the exchange of damaged or defective Product, the same change will be made subject to availability and the process will be the same as a return for which the customer must notify them via email to the address onlinesales@jp.com.mx. The cost generated by the delivery service will be covered in its entirety by JP PIERRE.
